because it has all of piped buttercream’s perfect characteristics: simple and sweet and a light, light shade of yellowed-ivory that can’t ever be overdone. and because it says prairie which to me alludes to looking at the sky cushioned by arms behind my head amongst breezy wheat (though it reminds me much more of August than October but that’s okay)
